Masada, the myth and the controversy - more to come
Lately there are heated debates, and I do mean heated, with one scholar shouting down the other, about the Masada myth. I am not a scholar, neither an archaeologist, but I will stick with the person who digs in the dirt with his two hands, over the social scholar.
Being the Sicarii the antagonists in the book, I claim artistic freedom, when I choose to portray them as the "bad guys". But were they?
